记得我的大学传感器老师出访美国回来后，告诉我们哈佛大学图书馆凌晨四点钟仍然座无虚席，学生们都在努力学习，这让我十分的惊奇。
老师还抄回来哈佛大学墙壁上的校训，连同她戴墨镜的照片一起放到PPT里面，逐条读给我们听。老师还说了，哈佛校训有很多条，她很忙，只抄回一部分来，有的可能不是原文，但是意思都是对的，我印象中大约有10条左右。
例如：“现在淌的哈喇子，将成为明天的眼泪。”——老师当时提问我们什么叫做哈喇子，某同学回答是口水。
但是给我留下最深刻印象的，还是这句校训：“狗一样地学，绅士一样地玩”。当时老师品味了这句话好几遍, 告诉我们话虽有点粗俗，但是道理却很深刻，然后就坐等我们慢慢领悟了。 Continue reading →

转载毕淑敏的《我很重要》，我想说的是，用别人的立场代表自己的立场，用别人的态度代替自己的态度，不论这个别人是一个人、一群人、还是一个虚幻的偶像，都是不应该的。人可以猜测揣摩别人的想法，用做参考，而绝不应当用别人代替自己。这不仅是对自己力量与责任放弃，以此来干涉他人也越出了自己的权利。

Feedback is one of the necessary condition for people to take his  responsibility.
When you grow up and you have the freedom to decide your dress, a mirror can help you to dress well, because it give  you the feedback of your appearance.
Study is a thing that need people to be responsible for himself, so we need feedback. An accurately, completely, timely feed back will be more helpful.
Examination is a tool that can give feedback of your study, but only provide the mark of your paper is not enough generally. It depend on the difficulty of the examination and the
knowledge of people.
A speedy calculation exercise may not need answer, because we can get necessary  feedback by check it  carefully when we finish. But a piece of answer and a stopwatch can give you more accurately , completely and timely feedback, and will be more helpful.
But that is quite special. generally, even for skilled people, to take an effective  study, an accurately and timely answer is needed.  And for unskilled people ,they need more  completely explanation to give them feedback.
Learn for practice, because we can get feedback through practice, when we learn to program, an compiler may give us good feedback, though it maybe not enough sometimes, so we need C Primer Plus and Google.
Some kind of feedback can only be given by people, a “positive” person who always say “that’s  good ” , and a “strict” person who always say “you may take more effort”, they can’s give good feedback to community.
If we want to learn “How to be a man ” in the society, we mean that the society always give us accurately, completely and timely feedback, but  it can’t sometimes.
No feedback, no one can take responsibility, so if you think a responsible people is good , you should give good feedback to the others. we all live in the society and we all have some responsibility to make it better.
